Job Description
Why this role matters
We’re growing and this brand-new position is a key part to our success. As the Project Coordinator, you’ll be central to organising, tracking, and supporting the delivery of business-critical projects across the firm.
You’ll partner closely with our Operations Lead, Project Leads, and stakeholders across multiple teams—helping ensure projects stay on track, communication flows smoothly, and the right information is always at hand to ensure milestones are met.
What you’ll do
Build strong, collaborative working relationships across the business units and Project team
Support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities
Monitor progress, flag risks, and follow up on outstanding actions
Keep project documentation, registers, decision logs, and communications organised and up to date
Contribute to smoother processes and continuous improvement
Desired Skills and Experience
What you’ll bring
2+ years’ experience in project coordination, administration, or business support
Strong organisation and coordination skills—you keep things moving
Confidence managing competing priorities and deadlines
Clear communication, a solutions-focused mindset, and a professional, collaborative approach
Familiarity with project methodologies (nice to have, but not essential)
