Why this role matters
This role plays an important part in ensuring our clients’ entities, including companies, trusts and self-managed superannuation funds; are established, maintained and managed in line with regulatory requirements.
Working closely with Directors, Managers, Accountants and our Client Onboarding team, you will support clients through the full entity lifecycle, ensuring all statutory obligations are met while delivering an exceptional client experience.
What you’ll do
In this role you will be responsible for delivering high-quality corporate secretarial and entity management services, including:
- Establishing and maintaining client entities including companies, trusts and self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs)
- Managing ATO registrations including ABN, TFN and GST registrations
- Maintaining company secretarial registers and managing annual company statements through the Corporate Affairs System (CAS)
- Liaising with ASIC and the ATO regarding entity and compliance matters
- Managing client entity records across systems including APS, CRM, CAS and document management platforms
- You may also support Front of House operations when required, assisting with reception coverage or overflow calls.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to supporting both clients and colleagues.
- Previous experience in a corporate secretarial, entity management, or similar role within an accounting, tax or advisory firm will be highly regarded
- Strong understanding of ASIC requirements and entity compliance obligations
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
- Confidence liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong proficiency across Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint)
