Job Description


Why this role matters 
We’re looking for an Events Coordinator to join our Marketing team and play a key role in bringing our events and partnerships to life. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys both planning and execution, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. 
Someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working with people along with taking pride in delivering well-executed events and are confident managing multiple priorities, will be very successful in this role. 
 
What you’ll do: 

Event Coordination & Delivery

  • Assist with planning and coordinating events and partnership activities from briefing through to delivery and post-event reporting  

  • Translate event briefs into practical plans including format, audience, messaging and run sheets  

  • Coordinate event logistics including timelines, budgets, suppliers and materials  

  • Provide on-the-day support including set-up, registrations and stakeholder coordination  

  • Some our-of-hours work will be required to support events 

 
Stakeholder & Communication Management 

  • Coordinate event communications including invitations, registrations and follow-ups  

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, partners, sponsors and suppliers  

  • Support engagement initiatives across client, referrer, partner and internal audiences  


Reporting & Administration 

  • Track and report on event outcomes including attendance, engagement and feedback  

  • Maintain event schedules, records, checklists and documentation  

  • Ensure all activities align with brand guidelines and deliver a consistent experience 


What you’ll bring 

  • Experience in corporate events or similar coordination role  

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work autonomously when needed  

  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities  

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook); experience with Canva or Adobe highly regarded  

  • Experience in professional services (desirable, not essential)
