As part of our growing Brisbane team, you will work alongside some of Australia’s leading Forensic Personal Injury Accountants, gaining exposure to complex and meaningful matters early in your career. Your work will directly support the Courts, legal professionals, and individuals, helping ensure fair outcomes where it matters most.
What you’ll do
- Analysing financial information (tax returns, financial statements, employment data)
- Researching economic, industry, and statistical data
- Assessing economic loss damages in personal injury claims using relevant legislation and common law
- Preparing financial models and forensic accounting reports that directly support fair and just outcomes
- Drafting clear, well-structured forensic reports (full training provided)
- Communicating with plaintiffs, solicitors, and other stakeholders with professionalism and empathy
What you’ll bring
- CA or CPA qualified (or working towards)
- 2+ years accounting experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to develop advanced report-writing capabilities
- A natural curiosity and willingness to learn
- High attention to detail and strong research capability
- A collaborative, team-first mindset
- Self-motivation with the ability to work both autonomously (under direction) and within a team
