Job Description
What you'll do:
As a Supervisor in our Business Advisory team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality work, supporting client relationships, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.
Prepare financial statements, income tax returns, and general-purpose reports for various entities and industries
Conduct tax research and handle general tax administration tasks, including GST, PAYG, BAS, and IAS preparation
Service a diverse client base, resolving issues and addressing individual client needs
Perform journal adjustments, reconciliations, and supporting work papers for clients' accounts
Use tools like Xero, MYOB, Excel, PowerPoint, Word to deliver accurate and insightful work
Contribute to financial modelling and forecasting (prior experience desirable)
Stay ahead of industry changes through ongoing professional development
Desired Skills and Experience
What you'll bring:
Proven experience in business services and tax advisory within a public practice environment
CA or CPA qualified (or currently working towards it)
Professional, client-focused, and invested in developing into a trusted business advisor
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities
Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
