Job Description

About the role

As a Team Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our Private Wealth team, providing day-to-day administrative support that helps keep our team running smoothly and ensures an exceptional client experience.

No two days will be the same, and you'll have the opportunity to build valuable skills while working alongside experienced professionals who are committed to your development.

What you'll do:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Providing administrative support to the Private Wealth team and Directors.
  • Preparing client correspondence, reports, documentation, and presentation materials.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems.
  • Receiving, scanning, and securely managing client documentation.
  • Assisting with invoice processing and general administrative finance tasks.
  • Supporting the team with document management, templates, and operational processes.
  • Managing multiple administrative tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Contributing to process improvements and supporting a collaborative team environment.

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn. What matters most is your enthusiasm, professionalism, and willingness to contribute.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and stay organised in a busy environment.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  • A strong customer service focus.
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in administration, reception, customer service, hospitality, or retail (highly regarded but not essential).
