Why this role matters
We're excited to introduce a brand-new FP&A Analyst position to our Finance team. As our first dedicated FP&A Analyst, you'll play a key role in building our financial planning and reporting capability. Working closely with the Financial Controller and senior leaders, you'll transform data into meaningful insights that support smarter business decisions.
What you’ll do

Design, build and enhance Power BI dashboards that deliver meaningful business insights

Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process

Developing financial models for forecasting, scenario planning and profitability analysis

Prepare monthly management reports and executive dashboards
-
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accessibility

Analyse financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities

Explore AI-enabled solutions to enhance reporting and forecasting

Partner with leaders across the business to support better financial decision-making
What you’ll bring
-
Advanced Power BI skills with proven experience developing dashboards, reporting solutions and data visualisations

Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, commercial finance or management reporting

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including financial modelling

Experience preparing budgets, forecasts and management reporting
-
The ability to translate complex financial and operational data into meaningful business insights

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders

Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
-
CA or CPA qualification (or working towards) is highly regarded
-
Experience within professional services, accounting, consulting or advisory environments will be highly regarded.
